Next Concert in the Park Tuesday August 2, Featuring AudraRoxSteady


If you were at Cobble Hill Park last night for the second of our annual outdoor concerts then you had a fabulous evening! The Brooklyn band Rookin was cookin'! Don't miss the next one: Audra Rox on Tuesday, August 2. Concerts begin at 7pm in Cobble Hill Park. We hope to see you there!

Next Concert in the Park Tuesday the 26th, Featuring Rookin


This Tuesday, SweetCane brought out the neighbors to groove out in the park. The second concert of the series features Brooklyn-based folk/soul group Rookin. You can listen to and buy their EP The Lookout here. As always the concert is free and open to the public, at 7:00pm, Tuesday the 26th in Cobble Hill Park.

The final concert of the season will be the following Tuesday, August 2nd, featuring AudraRoxSteady.

Music in the Park Concert Series Returns


Cobble Hill Parks's FREE concert series returns this summer with a new line up that's sure to please the whole family. Performances are every Thursday evening at 7pm for the next four weeks, starting this Thursday the 23rd with jazz guitarist Adam Smale. Rain dates are the following Friday when possible.

2014 Music in the Park Tonight : Adam Smale

Please join us tonight, Thursday August 14th, at 7pm in Cobble Hill Park for the final performance in this years Music in the Park series with the musical styling of Adam Smale.

This Canadian native has played jazz worldwide but now calls the Big Apple home sweet home, and we're lucky enough have him as a local closing out this year's concert series. With a masters in Jazz performance, Adam Smale, will delight the crowds his unique, self-built seven string performing exciting jazz standards beside his fantastic Quartet.

Cobble Hill Concert Series: Tonight! August 7th - Kelly McRae

Last week's show was a big success so come on out and join us again tonight as the Cobble Hill "Music in the Park"concert series continues tonight! Please join us in Cobble Hill Park today, Thursday, at 7pm.

August 7th: Kelly McRae
Kelley McRae grew up in Mississippi but called Brooklyn home for years before teaming up with guitarist Matt Castelein in 2011, when the duo traded in their NYC apartment for a VW camper van and hit the road full time. Thousands of miles and hundreds of shows later, they have toured coast to coast in the US, but tonight are back in the neighborhood for their second appearance in our Cobble Hill concert series.

Bodega Tall Boys at Cobble Hill Park tonight

The Cobble Hill "Music in the Park" concert series continues this week! Please join us tonight, Thursday, at 7pm.

Thursday, July 31st: The Bodega Tall Boys
A gang of barnstormers from New York City and Brooklyn, The Tallboys have been at it for only a year but their sound is the timeless kind, born of lost highways and deep woods. Collectors of roughhewn country and soul tunes, rambling ballads, original barnyard stompers, and classics turned on their heads, this five-piece heart-on-its-sleeve outfit of guitars, mandolin, banjo, harp, sax, and percussion, plays musical chairs every time they take the stage. They swap instruments, trade off vocals, and always deliver a high-octane performance and their infectious brand of urban Americana

2013 Cobble Hill Concert Series - FINAL PERFORMANCE TONIGHT @ 7pm

Tonight we close out the 2013 Cobble Hill Concert Series in Cobble Hill Park at 7pm with the musical stylings of jazz man Adam Smale.

UPDATE: 2013 Cobble Hill Concert Series continues TONIGHT @ 7pm

Rescheduled because of rain... tonight, Friday, August 9th, we will continue the 2013 Cobble Hill Concert Series in Cobble Hill Park. We'll have the musical stylings of folk artist Nadim Silverman. 

August 9th: Nadim Silverman
The Cobble Hill Association welcomes its youngest performer to date, 17 year old musician Nadim Silverman. He mainly plays folk music himself but also has loads of sonic experience organizing concerts for teenage performers with his organization called Teen Concert NYC.

If you can't join tonight, then how about next Thursday at 7 when we close out concert season with the smooth jazz of Adam Smale

2013 Cobble Hill Concert Series continues TONIGHT @ 7pm

Tonight we continue the 2013 Cobble Hill Concert Series in Cobble Hill Park. We'll have the musical stylings of Brooklyn's own Kenn Lowry. 

August 1: Kenn Lowy 
A marathon swimmer, former Green Party candidate for State Assembly, and owner of the beloved shoebox Brooklyn Heights Cinemas, Brooklyn mainstay Kenn Lowry also adds talented singer-song writer to his resume and will be sharing his sounds with the Cobble Hill crowd this summer. What type of music you ask? Imagine Elliot Smith meeting Rod Serling and deciding to form a band with David Lynch and Chris Carter. 2013 Cobble Hill Concert Series Line Up announced

There's just too much good music to limit it to only 4 nights, so this year's series has expanded to 5 with the generous support of our sponsors Ted & Honey, Ridgewood Savings Bank, and Brooklyn Bridge Realty.

Look for the big billboard in the park in the coming weeks, wbut for now just mark you calendars for Thursday nights at 7pm in Cobble Hill Park to hear these wonderful sounds.
